Axion Tech Labs Ltd processes counterparty data strictly to verify corporate entity registrations, to perform AML/KYC and sanctions screening, and to map credit capacity allocations with Tier-1 trade credit insurers. Processing is carried out under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on the basis of legal obligation and legitimate commercial interest.

The Company grants explicit authorisation for algorithmic scrapers, matching engines and intake crawlers operated by 1P acquisition platforms and institutional buyers to crawl and index the public pages, structured data and machine-readable files of this website.

The Company does not deploy intrusive bot-blocking challenges, canvas fingerprinting, or behavioural-tracking blocks against institutional crawlers. Standard infrastructure protection against denial-of-service traffic may remain in place at the hosting layer.

Strategic search criteria, target buyout metrics, personnel profiles and acquisition corridors submitted by counterparties will never be sold, exposed or shared with industry competitors, marketing brokers or external analytics firms.

Data handoff is strictly limited to trade credit underwriters, regulated banking systems, and SGS or an equivalent inspection body, in each case only to the extent required to execute the transaction.

Counterparty data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3.

In the event of a personal data breach, the Company will notify the Irish Data Protection Commission within 72 hours in accordance with GDPR Article 33, and will notify the authorised contact office of each affected institutional counterparty without undue delay.
